Bouncy.ai provides a deep linking and website creation platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage smart deep links

• Build custom landing pages and websites

• Track analytics and performance metrics

• Use custom domains for their links

• Collaborate with team members

• Access various templates and design tools

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan.

5.3 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

• Automatic renewal applies unless cancelled before the renewal date

• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

• No refunds for partial months, except as required by law

5.4 Failed Payments

If payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. After this period, your account may be downgraded or suspended.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Bouncy.ai and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

7. Service Availability and Support

7.1 Service Uptime

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur.

7.2 Support Levels

• Free Plan: Standard support via email and documentation

• Growth Plan: Priority support with faster response times

• Scaling Plan: Priority support and team collaboration features

• Dominance Plan: VIP support with dedicated assistance

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You are responsible for the content you create and share through our Service. We are not responsible for any personal or sensitive information you choose to include in your links or websites.

9. Custom Domains

If you use custom domains with our Service:

• You must own or have authorization to use the domain

• You are responsible for domain registration and renewal

• Domain setup requires proper DNS configuration

• We may remove domains that violate these Terms or applicable laws

10. Team Features and Collaboration

Team features allow multiple users to collaborate on projects:

• Team owners are responsible for team member actions

• Access permissions are managed by team owners or administrators

• Team data is accessible to all authorized team members

• Teams are subject to the same usage limits and restrictions

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to pay required fees.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted according to our data retention policy. You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to preserve.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
